About Trailhead
Recovery-Owned Treatment
in Salem, NH

Trailhead was founded by people in recovery. Our owners, Caitlin and Mike DiBlasi, built this center because they've been through it.

We are not a corporate facility. Hiring and treatment decisions come from lived experience. Our staff have recovery experience alongside clinical training. Clinical Director Alysia LaGambina brings extensive background in community-based substance use and mental health programming.

When you walk through our doors, you're meeting people who understand what you're going through. Not because they read about it, but because they lived it.
