Trailhead offers outpatient addiction and mental health treatment at multiple levels of care. Our admissions team recommends the right program based on your clinical assessment.
Structured daily treatment, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Individual therapy, group sessions, holistic programming including yoga and breathwork, case management, and lunch.
Daytime sessions 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM five days per week, or evening sessions 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday through Thursday. Designed for working adults.
Individual therapy sessions and medication management for clients stepping down from IOP or maintaining long-term recovery support.
Injectable medications including Vivitrol, Sublocade, and Brixadi for opioid and alcohol use disorders. Can be combined with any program level or provided as a standalone service.
Co-occurring conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and emotional dysregulation through individual therapy and integrated psychiatric care.
Ongoing sessions connecting clients, families, and clinicians. Rebuilding trust, setting healthy boundaries, and strengthening the support network around each person in treatment.
Trailhead holds dual licensure from the State of New Hampshire for both substance use disorder and mental health treatment. One team treats both, in the same program, at the same time.
